Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By installing the Ghost Profile Auditor ("the App"), you (the "Merchant") agree to these Terms. The App is provided by Nae OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.

2. The Service (The "Bridge")

The App provides a secure bridge between Shopify and Klaviyo to identify inactive customer profiles.

• Manual Action: The App does not delete data automatically. All suppressions must be triggered manually by the Merchant.
• Limits: Use is subject to a daily suppression limit (e.g., 25 profiles per day) unless otherwise stated in your plan.

3. Fees and Billing

All billing is handled securely through Shopify. Fees are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, simply uninstall the App from your Shopify Admin.

4. Data and Privacy

• Access: You grant us permission to access Shopify Customer data and Klaviyo Profile data via API.
• Ownership: You own your data. We only process it to perform the audit.
• Responsibility: You represent that you have the right to process this data under GDPR/CCPA.

5. Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is": The App is provided "as-is." Nae OÜ is not liable for the accidental suppression of active profiles or resulting loss of revenue.
• Final Decision: The Merchant is solely responsible for reviewing audit results before clicking "Suppress."

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
