1. Introduction

Nae OÜ operates the Ghost Profile Auditor app. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our Merchants and their Customers when processing data via the Shopify-Klaviyo bridge.

2. Data Collection

When you install the app, we collect store data (name, email, domain) and encrypted OAuth tokens required to communicate with your APIs.

3. Customer Audit Data

To identify "Ghost" profiles, we access:

• From Shopify: Customer email addresses and order timestamps.
• From Klaviyo: Profile engagement data and subscription status.
• Retention: Data is processed in volatile memory during active sessions and cleared within 24 hours. No permanent PII database is maintained.

4. Data Sub-processors

• Fly.io: Application hosting (EU-West Amsterdam).
• Shopify: App platform and billing.
• Klaviyo: Marketing data platform.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access your store data or request deletion (which occurs automatically upon uninstallation). Contact info@nae.ee for requests.
